MPNMJEC has a National Service Scheme (NSS) cell that aims to develop student youth through community service.  The main objective of the NSS is to promote "Education through Service," fostering social and civic responsibility in students. The NSS cell in MPNMJEC, also organizes events like a One Day Orientation Programme for Student Volunteers, focusing on impactful social activities and Services. 

National Service Scheme provides diversified opportunities to students in colleges and Universities to develop their personality through community services. Community services rendered by students have covered several aspects like adoption of villages for intensive development work, mass tree plantation, technologies for rural development, various technical training programmes for self-help groups and rural youth etc.,

NSS volunteers engage in various community service activities, including adoptions of villages for development, Tree plantation, and training programs for self-help groups. 

"Clean Green India":

The NSS cell actively promotes the "Clean Green India" initiative, aiming to improve solid waste management, increase green cover, and create awareness in villages. 

Personality Development:

The NSS program emphasizes the development of students' personalities through community involvement, encouraging them to prioritize the needs of others.
